At Zahab Perfumes, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We strive to ensure that every product delivered meets our quality standards. However, if you experience any issues with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of fragrance products, we only accept returns or exchanges in specific situations:

  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The product was damaged during delivery
  • The product packaging is significantly damaged

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused and in its original packaging
  • Be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • If the product has been used or opened
  • If the request is made after 24 hours of delivery
  • If the damage is caused by customer handling
  • Change of mind after purchase

3. Reporting an Issue

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Photos or video of the product
  • Description of the issue

4. Replacement Process

After reviewing your request, if the issue is verified, we will:

  • Arrange a replacement of the product, or
  • Provide a refund if a replacement is not available.

The replacement process may take 3–7 business days depending on location and courier availability.

5. Refund Process

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method where possible.
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be processed through mobile banking or bank transfer.
  • Refund processing time may take 5–10 business days after approval.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged product), Zahab Perfumes will cover the return shipping cost.

If the return request does not meet our return conditions, the customer may be responsible for any shipping costs.

7. Policy Updates
